Supply Partner On-boarding Requirements
If selected to become an EMC Electric Vehicles Supply Partner, you’ll be required to review and agree to the following documents as part of the on-boarding process:

This document outlines our expectations regarding labour standards, human rights, health and safety, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption practices.
General Terms and Conditions for the Procurement of Goods and Services
Details the contractual terms governing our procurement activities and the responsibilities of both parties.
Next Steps for Approved Supply Partners
If your application is successful, and you’re selected to become an EMC Electric Vehicles Supply Partner, we’ll request the following documentation to complete the on-boarding process:
Supplier Set-up Form
This document enables us to establish your business details within our internal systems for procurement and payment purposes and is provided to approve new suppliers via our Accounts Team. Our Accounts team will also require a copy of the top of your Bank Statement or Blank Deposit Slip. Note, our Accounts team will call to verify your bank details as part of EMC Electric Vehicle’s policy and procedure.
Certificates of Insurance
Includes proof of applicable insurance coverage such as public liability and workers’ compensation.
Compliance Certifications
Any documents demonstrating your alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
