Vehicle details

Provide the name & description of the vehicle.
VIN number is printed on the identification plate positioned on the frame/body of the vehicle (see the owner’s manual for specific position).
If applicable, see vehicle display
List the date of the last service and who performed the work.

Claim description

Explain part failure/s in detail or describe how the part is malfunctioning (simply writing “Part Failed” or similar is not an acceptable explanation).
Indicate any fault code numbers, number of items and description of faulty component/s making reference to the EMC spare parts manual if available. If you are not able to identify part number provide digital images of the component with details and general view to help us better understand its assembly location.

    Warranty Information

    All EMC vehicles are covered by a one year warranty.

    In order to make a warranty claim, we require the details of your vehicle, make, model & VIN, proof of service history, a description of the issue you are currently having, and any photos you may be able to provide.
